Our youth are facing an uphill battle.

They’re growing up in a world of nonstop screen access, 24/7 news cycles, social media comparison, political tension, and a rapidly changing world driven by AI—where what feels “normal” today will be unrecognizable tomorrow.

The question isn’t if this will impact the next generation.
It’s whether they’ll be equipped to handle it.

Schools are still largely operating within a model that hasn’t meaningfully changed in over 200 years. Sports—while powerful—have increasingly become less about developing young people and more about rankings, statistics, and status.

So where are young people learning how to manage pressure? How to regulate emotions? How to respond when things don’t go their way? And build the life skills they’ll need long after the game?
