    • Each group meets on the same day and time each week for 8 weeks (check the calendar for start dates and times).
    • Sessions run 60–90 minutes on Zoom and are led live by Coach Luke Falk.
  • All sessions are recorded and uploaded into the Mind Strength Member Portal.

  • Designed for athletes of all sports, both male and female.

  • Small groups (maximum of 12 athletes per group) for personalized coaching.
  • Age Requirement: 14+
  • Covers the core Mind Strength framework to create a strong Mind Strength Foundation.
