Meet Coach Falk
From Walk-On, to Pac-12 Record Holder, to NFL Quarterback, to College Football Coach, to now a Top Mind Strength & High Performance Coach.
Playing Career:
Luke Falk wasn’t an overnight success. He walked on as a quarterback at Washington State University, where he had to earn everything. What set him apart wasn’t talent alone—it was the mindset skills he developed and applied day after day that led to real breakthroughs on the field.
Along the way, Falk was mentored by legendary coach Mike Leach, whose unconventional wisdom shaped his approach to competition and life, and Dr. Craig Manning, a leading sports performance coach who taught him that the mind—like the body—can be trained. Those lessons helped Falk shift from thinking confidence was something you were either born with to realizing it could be built through intentional work.
The results spoke for themselves. Falk earned a scholarship his second year, went on to become the Pac-12’s all-time leader in Passing Yards (14,486), Touchdowns (119), and Total Offense (14,086), won the Burlsworth Trophy as the nation’s top walk-on in 2017, and was drafted into the NFL by the Tennessee Titans.
College Coaching:
After his playing career, Falk launched 4QB Training, his own quarterback and Mind Strength coaching business. After a couple of years, he felt the pull to be back in a team environment and entered the college coaching world. His first stop was as the quarterbacks coach at Wingate University (Division II) in Charlotte, NC. In just his second year, he made a rare jump for someone so early in their career, being hired as the Offensive Coordinator at Northern Iowa.
But soon after spring ball that year, a family member received a diagnosis that forced Falk to pause and reevaluate—what really matters? He realized that while he loved coaching, growth, and being part of athletes’ transformations, what he valued most wasn’t the X’s and O’s, the endless recruiting, or the reality of hardly seeing his own family—it was teaching the Mind Strength skills that last long after the game ends. With that clarity, Falk made the tough decision to step away from his position and return to Utah to be closer to family.

Mind Strength Coaching:
At the beginning of 2025, Falk went all in as a full-time Mind Strength Coach—and his work quickly gained traction. The messages, skills, and stories he shares resonate deeply with athletes, coaches, parents, and high performers alike.
Today, Coach Falk is in high demand as a Mind Strength Coach and keynote speaker, working closely with college and high school athletes, coaches, and teams, using his Real Life Experience (RLE) as both a player and a coach to help his clients unlock their full potential. He is also the author of The Mind Strength Playbook, which captures the lessons, stories, and tools that shaped his own journey and now helps others achieve lasting success for themselves.
Coach Falk’s mission is clear: help those he works with master their minds so they can elevate their game—and their life.
