There’s a common theme in sports, business, and life:
you win as a team… and individual opportunities follow.

Look at professional championship teams. After winning, players are met with top-tier contracts, endorsement deals, and new opportunities from around the league. Winning elevates everybody.

It happens at the high school level too. Championship teams get heavily recruited because success shines a spotlight on everyone involved.

The same thing happens in business. Top-performing organizations become talent pipelines. Their people become highly sought after because they’ve proven they can contribute to winning cultures.

This is the Championship Effect.

We all have selfish interests. We all want opportunities, recognition, growth, and success.

But one of the greatest selfish decisions you can make is to help your team win.

Dominate your role. Strengthen the culture. Serve the mission. Help elevate the people around you.

Because when the team rises… individuals rise with it.

And on this Memorial Day, thank you to all the champions who fought for our freedom and sacrificed for something bigger than themselves.
Happy Memorial Day 🇺🇸
